Privacy Policy
FlatPack Interactive is a product of Cloonware, LLC. This policy covers the BallFallDown app and this website.
Last updated: July 31, 2026
The short version
BallFallDown does not collect, store, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-ins, no analytics, and no advertising. Everything you build stays on your device.
Information we collect
None. The BallFallDown app does not ask you for personal information and does not gather it in the background. Specifically, we do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses
- Contacts, photos, microphone or camera data
- Precise or approximate location
- Device identifiers or advertising identifiers
- Usage analytics, session recordings, or crash telemetry
- Purchase history or financial information
The app does not require a network connection to work, and it does not transmit data about you to us or to anyone else.
Data stored on your device
Boards you build and app settings are saved locally on your device so they are there the next time you open the app. This information never leaves your device unless you choose to move it yourself, for example through an iCloud or iTunes device backup that you control. Deleting the app removes this data.
Children’s privacy
BallFallDown is designed to be safe for children. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects no personal information from children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in your country). It contains no advertising, no third-party tracking, no social features, no chat, no user-to-user communication, and no links that take a child out of the app without a deliberate action by an adult.
We comply with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Apple’s guidelines for apps directed at children. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, contact us at support@cloonware.com and we will delete it.
Third parties
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash-reporting services in BallFallDown. We do not sell, rent, or share information with third parties, because we do not have any to share.
If you download the app from the App Store, Apple collects information about that transaction under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. Apple may provide us with aggregate, anonymous sales and usage statistics that cannot be used to identify any individual.
This website
This site is a set of static pages hosted on GitHub Pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no third-party trackers or social widgets. GitHub’s servers may log standard technical request information (such as IP address and browser type) as part of delivering and protecting the site; that logging is governed by GitHub’s Privacy Statement.
Your rights
Privacy laws including the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) give you the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to produce or erase. You are welcome to contact us to confirm this in writing.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change what the app does with data, we will update this page and change the “last updated” date above before the change takes effect. Material changes will also be noted in the app’s release notes.
